Velika Villas Booking Conditions

All Velika Villa rentals provided by 'Sun and Ski Leisure OOD', Bulgaria, are sold subject to these booking conditions.

Bookings and payments
The Client means the person in whose name the booking is made. The meaning of Client also extends to all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made. Where a group of individuals are concerned, the group leader is the one responsible for the villa payment. A contract between the Client and 'Sun and Ski Leisure OOD' (SSL) is considered valid only after a completed reservation form and the villa rental payment has been received by Sun and Ski Leisure. Sun and Ski Leisure reserve the right to refuse a reservation without having to disclose a reason.

Lost property
Sun and Ski Leisure will not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged property.

Services provided by third parties
In the case of suppliers other than Sun and Ski Leisure (car hire, transfers, excursion providers or any other suppliers) providing services to the Client, any contract is exclusively between the suppliers and the Client. Sun and Ski Leisure does not accept liability for any accidents or injuries caused while these services are being provided.

Clients responsibility for accommodation
The person making the booking is fully liable to Sun and Ski Leisure for any costs whatsoever incurred due to any incidents, actions, breakages, loss or damage to accommodation provided by Sun and Ski Leisure and its inventory by the client him/herself or any member of their party. Sun and Ski Leisure have full discretion as to the manner in which they deal with or settle any such incident.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Villas in the Velika Garden Villas Holiday Village.

Holiday cancellations by Sun and Ski Leisure OOD
In the most unlikely event we should cancel your holiday all monies which we have received will be repaid in full, except from circumstances amounting to force majeur. The following are considered as amounting to force majeur : cancellation of holiday due to war, threat of war, riot, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, flight or train time alterations.

Holiday cancellations by the Client
The person who made the villa reservation should notify us in writing in order to cancel their booking (letter, fax or e-mail is acceptable). Cancellations charges apply. These are: 58 days or more before departure – 25%, 36 days to 57 days before departure – 50%, 21 days to 35 days before departure – 60%, 20 days or less before departure – 100%. Sun and Ski Leisure cannot be held responsible for non-receipt or non-delivery of the cancellation notice.

Customer complaints
In the unlikely event of complaints arising, Sun and Ski Leisure resort staff should be notified at once. Any complaint notified after the end of your stay will not be accepted. No complaints which are related to either weather, travel delays, or anything beyond our control will be accepted.

Accommodation
No compensation claim will be accepted if any client finds villa decoration, furnishing or room sizes not to their liking.

Facilities and Optional Services
The client and their party have use of all complex facilities. No responsibility will be taken for any accident incurred in using these facilities. Should any complex facilities not be available, no compensation will be given.
Optional Services provided by Sun and Ski Leisure are subject to availability.

Refunds
No refunds will be made if any free service cannot be delivered by Sun and Ski Leisure due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Law and jurisdiction
All contracts made according to the terms of these booking conditions are governed by Bulgarian Law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian Courts at all times.
